The worst items on the menu are sweet and sour battered meat balls, fried rise, and spring rolls. If you are going for the healthy line, stick with items that are steamed. Opting for things like crab and corn soup, beef, chicken, steamed veg and boiled rice are all healthier options.

With Indian food, like Chinese, it is wise to keep away from things that are deep fried and creamy as these are laden with fat. Vegetable curry, chicken tikka, madras or bhuna are your best items to choose for a healthier meal. The healthiest item to have with these would be boiled rice.
