By doing this straightforward incentive for carrying out low backache exercise and getting rid of back pain, I've considerably reduced the number of hours my workers are out sick. My staff members are also reporting that since they are completing the low back pain exercise program they have more vigor at the end of the work day. Several staff members take part in the low backache exercise sessions each week. Some even do the low backache exercise routine together on days when the instructor doesn't come in. It is a great feeling for me as a supervisor to know I've helped my workers feel better.
